How to Reserve Your Rug Tufting Experience at The Outrun Hour
Step 1: Book Your Reservation
Choose your preferred tufting size and book your reservation through our website.
Step 2: Upload Your Image & Sign Liability Waiver Forms
After booking, you’ll need to upload your tufting design and complete our liability waiver.
Image Requirements: All images must be front-facing for the best results. If you need suggestions or reference images, we’re happy to help!
Important: If we do not receive your images at least 24 hours in advance, your reservation will be canceled on the day of your booking. We are often too busy to sketch designs last-minute.
Step 3: Check Your Email (Including SPAM & INBOX)
After booking, you will receive an email with instructions on how to upload your images and sign the liability waiver.
Please ensure you complete this step promptly to avoid any delays or cancellations.
Step 4: Arrive On Time for Your Session
Be sure to arrive on time for your reservation.
Your session may be a private experience or shared with other guests.
To ensure a smooth process, all reserved guests must attend at the scheduled time. This allows us to present the rug tufting demonstration efficiently, covering how to use the cut-pile gun, associated tools, and other essential setup instructions.
